Beta registrations
Last updated 31 July 2026
Who handles your information
ReccePro, operated by Diego Ollivier, handles the information submitted through the beta registration form.
What is collected
The registration collects your name, invitation email address, country, professional role, device and operating-system details, use of Artemis and Cadrage, camera-format and image-volume information, your response about how you would use ReccePro, consent choices, confidentiality-agreement version and acceptance time, enrollment status, and submission timestamps. Technical abuse-prevention data is converted into a one-way keyed hash before short-lived rate-limit storage; the raw address is not stored with your registration.
Why it is used
The information is used to register and contact ReccePro and Recce Pocket testers, understand testing coverage and professional workflows, administer the beta, record acceptance of the beta confidentiality agreement, and, only where you separately choose it, send occasional product news and launch announcements.
Who processes it
Registration records are stored in private platform database infrastructure used to operate this website. Access is limited to people who need it to run the beta. ReccePro does not use registration data for advertising and does not add analytics pixels or third-party marketing scripts to these pages.
After a valid registration, Apple receives the tester’s first name, last name, and invitation email through App Store Connect and TestFlight so that access to both ReccePro and Recce Pocket can be provided. Apple then processes that information under its own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
Unsuccessful or withdrawn beta registrations are deleted when no longer needed for the beta process. Beta-participant records are retained only for running the beta and necessary legal or security records, which may include the confidentiality-agreement acceptance record. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw or unsubscribe.
Your choices and requests
You can withdraw from the programme or ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration information by emailing recceproapp@gmail.com. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a beta registration. A deletion request may not require deletion of a limited acceptance record while it is reasonably needed for a legal claim or defence.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the beta develops. The date above shows the latest revision.
